Are you in control of your eBay auctions?

Or do your auctions control you? Do you plan ahead so you can be at your computer when an auction closes?

myBidding lets you take your auctions on-the-go. You can track and bid on all of your eBay auctions from anywhere using your mobile phone or wireless device. (And it's nicer, faster, smaller, and cheaper than WAP.)

Signing on is easy

All you need to do is sign on with your eBay account.

And if you leave the "Save" box checked, you won't be asked to log in again. You can always get back to this screen if you want to sign in under a different account.

Your eBay, where you want it

Think of myBidding as a remote control for your "My eBay" page.

Use your desktop web browser to add things to your "Watching" list, and you'll be free to monitor them on-the-go, placing bids at any time.

Stay on top of your bids

Once you bid on an item, it appears in the "Items I'm Bidding On" list.

The green "happy" icon indicates auctions that you are winning, while the red "sad" icon appears next to auctions where you are no longer the highest bidder.

Get the details on the items up for bid

All of the information from the "My eBay" is also available in myBidding.

For active bids, details include: item name and id, current price and time remaining, your maximum bid, the number of bids placed, and the start date and price of the auction.

Get up-to-the-minute info on your bids

You can hit "reload" at any time to get the latest data on your bids.

myBidding is very frugal with your data usage, refreshing all of your items with a single transaction by sending only the updated data.

Place your bid

You have the option of placing a bid on any of your active auctions and on open auctions that you are watching.

Enter your bid in dollars and cents, unless the auction current price is listed in a non-US currency.

Confirm your bid

Please make sure that you've entered the correct bid.

Your bid is a legal contract with the item's seller, so it would be a bad thing to accidentally enter a few extra digits.

Immediate gratification

As soon as you place your bid, you will be told whether you are the current high bidder, or whether you've been outbid.

If you are outbid, you are free to bid again as many times as you'd like to get yourself back on top.

Lurking to your advantage

Sometimes you may wish to watch an item, holding back your bid until the final minutes before the auction closes.

On your desktop web browser, simply click the "Watch this item" link on any or all items you're interested in. Then, from myBidding, you can check their status and their time remaining before closing, placing your bid when the time is right.
